About the event
Our two young pianists will perform the rondo of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 1 and the first movement of Shostakovich's Piano Concerto No. 2. The orchestra will play music celebrating dance including excerpts from J.P. Rameau's Les Indes Galantes, Brahms' Hungarian Dance No. 5, and Weber's Invitation to the Dance.
